"Parking was confusing and quite a distance to walk. Hotel elevators not working (except one) so wait times for elevator was extremely long. Hotel room itself was amazing! Clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. "

"I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again. "
