The property was ridiculously hot. There were no tissues available. There was no decaffeinated coffee available. There were no coffee cups. I loved the spaciouness of the unit.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Disappointing. Not handicap accessible at all. TV was not working and we were told previous owner had not paid cable bill. Suite Digs did drop off an Amazon Prime stick sobthat we had movies to warch. No hair dryer. Difficult access for my husband who is disabled and uses a walker/wheelchair. Unit was not clean. Could not use Handicap parking stall out front and asked if permission could be given. Really no help with this at all! Made it very difficult to get in and put of condo. Condo fronts onto 17the ave and extremely noisy from traffic. Unit very hot despite turning off thermostat. Had to have fans going atvall times and windows open. Toilet main bath not useable as it rocked when sat on. Not sealed properly. No housekeepi ng! Had to ask for extra garbage bags and were told we had to take out our own garbage. Would not reommend Suite Digs Bella Vista! Had a horrible stay and left a day early. Not worthe the money we paid to stay!!!!

Hi Sandy, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that your husband experienced mobility challenges during your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have suites at this time that are accessible. We hope to be able to provide better provisions for this in the near future. Your other comments are also appreciated and we are always looking to make improvements to the comfort of our guests.
