In reviewing your reservation, we would first like to address the bed. Most of our rooms have had new mattresses placed, this room is one of those. The mattress popping up was fixed and would have been fixed if prior knowledge during your stay. The blanket in that room was a thick blanket will new heater, did not see the need of a bedspread. Cleaning service is provided, unfortunately you may have been missed or not in need at the time. We provide coffee upon request as we don't leave in rooms for sanitation purposes. We do apologize for that your stay was not what you were expecting, but hope you will see us again some day. Thank you and well wishes

Laura, Please do not lie. You were in our room 44 (smoking) a night before ,next day you booked our multiple studio which is exclusively a non smoking room. Besides that around 10 am same day police came looking for you and arrested you in the case of a stolen car, I saw hand cuffs in your hand and police dragging you towards their car, so this made me cancel the booking that we do not give room to those who are involved in police case. But I did not charge you any thing as I cancelled it. Regarding the room deposit, until 2o'clock we did not receive any key from police and they were here and we were constantly loosing customers, plus the room was very messy, so we did not give you the deposit but you were not leaving the premises so we paid 50 dollars to the taxi driver to drop you at your destination because you said that you don't have any money. The constable Arcega is the witness as we told him and he explained you everything.I am going to complain to him that you have brought false accusation on us that we charged you for the room.

This is wrong. You booked this room on expedia 160+ tax+174.40. We charged you exactly same.We charged you 80 dollars as deposit, and next day we refunded you. We have the proof of all the receipts. I am trying to copy and paste here ,but some how not letting me to so. Please send me your email address. I will send you the receipts.Regarding old and dirty ,I will agree that it is definitely an old building but not dirty .It is very well maintained. Cleaners clean and sterilize then front desk agent double check and make sure that room is clean and everything which customer need is there.

This review is not correct at all as customer was there for one hour only. Two people were supposed to check in but the third person came and changed their plan to stay somewhere else. In order to get refund they put something in the kitchen sink ,but as our rooms are checked by our front desk agent after cleaners cleans it, they endorse it that the room has no problem and ready to rent. This room was endorsed too, so we told them that there was no problem before and if it is clogged after you checked in. Our staff is trained how to open the drain and remove the clog, but they refused that too. They called expedia but when Expedia called us and listened to us they believed us , so they left by saying that please do not send us big bill from plumber.

Sorry you found your stay disappointing. The bathroom, as per your request was cleaned again. Facial tissues and coffee would have also been provided upon request. As far as I can remember, my staff member asked you daily if you required clean towels and/or toiletries.

We are very sorry for the incident. Its not a pipe, it was overflowing of bath tub right above you. After clean up I myself came to ask you that we can clean further even the whole room we can clean but you said no its fine, I am happy ,I asked you twice and then thanked you.Regarding drogues and drunk we are very strict ,usually we dont get them but unfortunately an smoker came lied to me that he is non smoker and then was smoking near the nonsmoking room.so we were bit upset with him and that's what you might have seen.We apologize one more time if you got any inconvenience

Yes I do agree that this is an old building but its not right to say that it is run down because we do constant renovation. There might be an accidental hair remained in the bedsheet but that does not mean that we use the unwashed bedsheet from previous customer. This is so sad if you thought like that.In one of the room repair was going until late evening so night guy at the front desk tried to vacuumed it. I am sorry if your sleep got disturbed.

Thank you for your realistic comments. Our rooms are clean and adequate. Our beds are comfortable. Staff is efficient and polished. Our micro oven and fridge are functional and clean. As this is the old building so tub might be slightly rusty but we make sure that it is clean.. Restaurants and parks plus river walk is close by walking distance.

We are sorry you smelt a smoke in a non-smoking room. But out 100% effort are not to give a smoker non smoking room. I do not know how this happened.We will be more careful on our non-smoking policy.

First of all thank you for your reasonable ranking and your comments that not a bad place to stay here if you are along the way to Banff ,Canmore or COP.Secondly I am sorry if one of the house keeping tried to do stay over in your room without phoning you.I have noted this point and I am going to talk to him.

Sorry for the inconvenience if you found our prepayment setup inconvenient.In this method we do charge before customer checks inn and reserve a room for them whose payment goes through.So far you must have stayed in the hotels who have pre-authorized payment method.They have all your credit card information when you book online but they charge you at the check out time.We do have our non-smoking and smoking rules and guidelines.We do not give our non-smoking rooms to an smoker even they want to smoke outside.They are exclusively for the non-smoking folks.
