Elegant 2BR Suite in SE Calgary

The home is a newly built 2-bedroom walkout basement suite located in the heart of Seton and 3 mins walk to the bus stop. The cozy space has a private entrance and large windows which make it well lit.

Bedroom:
We have two beautifully furnished rooms with a queen & double size bed, with warm comfy duvets and pillows.

Workspace:
Need to get some work done? The suite has a quiet workspace beautifully designed to spur creativity.

Kitchen & Dining:
We have a dining area with plates and utensils. If you like to cook, there is a kitchen with a microwave oven and a tabletop induction cooker with pots and pans.

Living Room:
The living area has a large 65" TV perfect for movies.
