I really appreciated the YouTube video instructions, it really helped to know how everything works before we arrived. The apartment was clean and just as pictured. Communication with the host was excellent. The pull-out sofa couch wasn't a 10/10... but I honestly never expect that they will be, so we were still very happy. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk to the BMO Conference Centre, which was amazing.
