About this property
Chic Retreat 4 BR Near UofC & HWY , Free Parking
- Welcome to Banff Trail Retreat, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Calgary's Banff Trail neighbourhood, just minutes from the University of Calgary and with easy access onto the Trans-Canada Highway.
Athena comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four queen bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms and a powder room to go around. The main floor is bright and open, with a stylish kitchen and large island, a dining area with seating for the whole group, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace feature wall. Downstairs, a fully finished lower level adds a second living space with its own wet bar and dining area, perfect for film nights or spreading out with a bigger group.
Free street parking is included on the property, a real bonus so close to the university and highway access. You're a short drive from Confederation Park, North Hill and Market Mall shopping, and city centre Calgary, with transit options nearby as well.
Whether you're in town visiting the University of Calgary, here for work, or travelling as a family or group, Athena is a comfortable, well-equipped home base. We'd love to host you.

The home was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive to our needs - we highlighted some missing items like dishwasher detergent and large cookware and the items were provided right away. Street parking was very easy.
