Beautiful river view and nice neighborhood. The home is well kept, the bed we had was comfortable. The only thing we didn’t really like was our bathroom was over by the other two rooms and seemed a little disruptive to their privacy.

The kitchen and room were excellent! The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property had an extensive range of coffee and tea options. The downside, was the breakfast options and supplies. The main cereals were sugary and non-nutritious children's cereal, except for porridge. We had to contact management multiple times, requesting to have supplies refilled. While it was great to have fruit available, almost all of it was inedible.

The room was clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed the fire place and the jacuzzi tub. The building was very quiet, and the gardens were beautiful. The only surprise was that this is marketed as a bed and breakfast but the breakfast consisted of a pop tart and a selection of fruit. We understand that due to pandemic there are some restrictions, however we felt a bit more could have been provided or it could have been marketed as not a b&b

Fabulous Staycation
The room was so beautiful! Little chilly entering but once we figured out how to turn on the fire place- it warmed up just right. At night, a little hard to find using google maps, but could see the beautiful potential views in the morning before we left! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Unless you enter on property and seen in cameras and then attempt to call email multiple times to property owners Once you are able to call, you will get email about where exactly your room is, how to open the building and room doors I flew from Ottawa, ON to Calgary and was trying to call/email owners from time I landed in Calgary in evening until 9:00 pm, no one answered/ replied This keeps you anxious about your room accommodations Finally when we were at property around 9:00 pm, and detected by cameras and then 2 to 3 attempts of call to owner, email pops up in my inbox about check in instructions Check in process will keep you anxious and worried

Are you sure you had our number correct? I can also tell you your fears about the cameras are incorrect as there is nobody on site to monitor them we simply use them in case of emergency. Parking was right out front and close to suit but very tight and limited . Parking on a hill on a main road was only other option. Steam shower and jet tub in my room were amazing just needed. Better cleaning, in the bathrooms

Highly recommend! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Linens were soft and clean. Steam shower and jacuzzi tub were great! Staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was an additional bonus.

Nice clean room. As for staff had 3 phone numbers only 1 of them got answered. Was told to all the other numbers they went straight to voice mail. Left message on 2 different calls with no reply. Says bed and breakfast would be nice if there is a breakfast to know where and or when says pool table never seen one dont k ow where to look. Aside from absolutely no customer service room was very nice

I think your issue with contact Mike is that you were trying to reach the booking partner not our direct property. We have the option to book with or without breakfast it appears that you chose a discounted rate to have without breakfast. Pool table is in the lower level, all amenities are listed in the description with location. Call us next time and we'd be happy to help!

Refused to give a refund despite the closed border
I wouldn't know how our stay was since we didn't get to travel. Canada closed its borders due to Covid - which is fine. What isn't fine is that this hotel would not give us a refund. We tried reaching them for 2 weeks and they never got back to us. Hotels.com also tried reaching them. The last we heard was that we would not be getting a refund. I'll come back and change this review if that decision is reversed. The sad thing is that we would have stayed with them when we are able to rebook the trip - but now we will not.

Cute B&B along the river. Back yard and all of the outdoor decor is awesome. Unfortunately I stayed on a night where my b&b mates were not very courteous. The common areas were not clean when I arrived,and there was a lot of noise on the property even after quiet hours. I was hoping that there would be more cleaning or common area precautions taken given the ongoing situation. My room was great, beautifully decorated with many personal touches. Very clean room. If you're looking for a fun getaway with friends where you have your own rooms, look no further!

This location is incredible, right on the river surrounded by nature, while still being only 15 mins from downtown. The royal king room we stayed in was incredibly luxurious, the jet tub and steam shower made us never want to leave our room. It was an amazing romantic getaway and we definitely stay again.
