"Staffs were nice and very accomodating, its just i noticed our bedsheet had a dirt or stain. I was thinking if it had been changed before we occupied the room or its just stain. I like having plenty of towels in the bathroom since I have a toddler."

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean and cozy rooms. The view from your room to the lobby/seating area is so beautiful. The gym is AMAZING. The biggest & best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Very nice touches in the room with complimentary water bottles and adjustment comfort mattress. Love this hotel. "

"Great location, very hospitable and professional friendly staff, my only suggestion would be to make the dining experience a bit more enjoyable. There are so much more options in the area to eat you would think they would try harder to to compete with the neighbouring establishments. Maybe the were short staffed when we were there, the restaurant just didn’t do it for me. My wife and I sat down with our 2 children and we asked for juice and coffee and the waitress said so four coffee and two juice. I really just should have taken my 5 year olds and 3 year olds coffee instead of having to wait forever for a refill. All in all though good stay. "

"Initially, we were told to wait as the room wasn’t ready even though we were there after check-in time. The manager approached after 15 minutes and asked why we were sitting there, apologized and gave us an upgrade to a business class suite. We were very happy with the Room. Clearly it wasn’t busy but we appreciated the gesture. The breakfast is excellent. Good choices and good strong coffee. I recommend. "
