"This was my third time at Deja as a solo traveling woman. I must say I felt safe the each time which is my biggest priority. The room was clean and although I was at the end of the corridor, I didn’t have any issues going out or coming back alone. Daily cleaners who did an awesome job making sure my room was tidy at all times. I love the free towel and daily beach pass to Doctors Cove, being that it such a clean and well kept beach, perfect for relaxing. Security made sure it was safe for me to cross which was nice. Decent food that’s buffet style. My fav being breakfast. Drinks come in small cups but they’re strong and get you where you need to go. Perfect location right on the hip strip with stores and other things to explore in walking distance. All in all I would definitely recommend Deja Resort for those who want an all inclusive, local, party vibe without breaking the bank."

"Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. "I really enjoyed my stay. I have read the other reviews which say odd things given that this is a hotel in a tropical region which just had a hurricane. The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a relaxed tropical experience. If you are looking for a resort that is antiseptic without any of the local flair then go there. This hotel was very safe, and they constantly checked to see if I was happy and if I needed anything at all. With the wifi being down on most of the island they had a backup wifi for anyone who needed it. I will absolutely stay here again. This was exactly the vibe I was looking for and the views were spectacular, the AC strong, the beds comfortable, the staff kind and welcoming, the sounds of the nature better than any white noise to put you to sleep. Ignore the reviews that were clearly looking for something other than a local hotel in the tropics. Walk 5 minutes to the street just above the hotel and have a delicious dinner at peppas with ocean views."
