The staff were amazing. My room was spotless and the food was delicious and plentiful. The bartender at the swim-up bar will give you great conversations. Also, if you have a sweet tooth. They have a place that has carrot and red velvet cake. Along with other sweets. You also get coffee there too.

The resort is conveniently located close to the airport, with welcome drinks on arrival. Our first impressions were great, with the resort clean, inviting and well maintained.
Our room had everything we needed, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping it immaculate and ready for us each evening. The view was stunning, with beach access right on our doorstep. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were always friendly, welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
As an adults-only resort, there were plenty of activities throughout the day, several restaurants to choose from, and no shortage of food and drinks.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front office staff was disappointing. We were told our room would be ready at 3:00 pm (advertised check-in time) only to be told it wasn't ready when we went to collect our keys. After returning three times and being asked to come back again, we eventually requested another room as it was getting late. We waited nearly another hour, while other guests were shown to their rooms.
We understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication, un-helpfulness and unfriendly service made for a disappointing start to our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful location, stunning views, excellent housekeeping and friendly restaurant staff were definite highlights.
