I was supposed to have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but after less than an hour I started having problems. First problem was that the room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, you would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. I asked reception for shampoo and such likes and was told the hotel does not provide those. I had to go out in the rain and find a place to buy the bare minimum that the hotel should be providing. Next was the wi-fi. As I am travelling for work, I need reliable internet connectivity so that I can work while at the hotel. The speed was an unstable 1 Gbps for upload and around 0.1Gbps for download, which is hardly enough to run a basic internet search. The breakfast was a selection of processed foods, with the exception of some fresh fruit on offer. The breakfast area is a vast area akin to a hall. Servers only replace the items from the serving counters and neglect collecting plates etc from tables long after guests have left, and this brings in the flies. The hotel caters primarily to people who come in search of the area's thermal waters, so I guess they must not be fussy about anything else. After my I made a complaint to one of receptionists who basically shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do. In the end I left the hotel and didn't get a refund. Stay away if you can.

Muito bom o hotel,próximo de tudo,única coisa desagradável precisei de 2 saches de açúcar e dois copos descartáveis para tomar um café no AP.mais foi negado. A funcionária explicou que era norma do hotel.obs... fizemos todas nossas refeições nos restaurantes da cidade,e consumimos algumas bebidas do bar da piscina.

A equipe da recepção foi muiito atenciosa, tive que fazer a reserva de última hora, pois não honraram uma reserva que fizemos no hotel Roma pela plataforma concorrente. Foram solícitos, confirmaram as informações da reserva, nos arrumaram um apartamento que nos atendeu muito bem. Importante salientar que se trata de Flat, nesse caso, pegamos direto com eles, então foi tudo ok. O apartamento estava bem limpo, mas é preciso dizer que alguns itens precisam de revisão, como o assento sanitário, a ducha higiênica e algumas fronhas dos travesseiros. É necessário revisar também a higienização dos ar-condicionados. Os elevadores do prédio também deveriam ser revisados, principalmente em relação ao funcionamento, pois parecem que estão com alguma programação que está prejudicando o funcionamento. Café da manhã estava muito bom, só não gostamos das opções dos sucos, estavam um tanto doces e pareciam sucos prontos ou reconstituídos, fora isso, tava tudo gostoso. As piscinas estavam com a água bem limpa, sem aquele cheiro forte que muitas piscinas de Caldas Novas ficam, só tem que dar um talento nos azulejos das bordas. A localização é excelente, fica em frente ao Shopping Singapura, só tem que saber que haverá um pouco de barulho até um pouco mais tarde, ainda mais em feriados e finais de semana, mas não nos incomodou muito, na verdade o que mais incomodou foram carros com som absurdamente alto passando tarde da noite já quase de madrugada, fazendo disparar até alguns alarmes.

Minha experiência não foi boa! Chegamos na recepção minha reserva tinha sido paga pela minha mãe um presente. A recepcionista disse que o pagamento não tinha sido feito, abri o aplicativo da hotéis.com, e mostrei que estava pago. Aí o outro recepcionista queria ver no extrato do banco para confirmar. Como era no da minha mãe expliquei e o gerente queria q fosse no cartório, para fazer uma declaração que minha mãe tinha me dado a diária. Liguei na hotéis.com a atendente confirmou o pagamento, mesmo assim passamos quase 40 minutos na recepção em pé por um erro deles. Aí quando atualizaram o sistema, reconheceu o pagamento. Decepcionante! Chegamos no quarto no anúncio fala cama queen, mas são duas camas de solteiro juntas! A noite vc acorda caindo no meio delas! Não recomendo!

O hotel que é um flat muito espaçoso, tem sala,cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro, ar condicionado na sala e quarto, gostei muito, a minha diária deu direito a um parque muito bom em Caldas Novas,com transporte já incluido,os funcionários muito educados, a noite na frente do hotel eles colocam música ao vivo, localização muito boa, super recomendo.
