- Large Villa elegantly finished and with attention to every detail, it has been renovated keeping intact the charm of the typical Tuscan farmhouse and furnished in a sober and pleasant way to make your stay even warmer and more familiar, it has 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people, gazebo, garden, private swimming pool with kitchen area, ample parking and Wi-Fi internet. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM THE MIDDLE OF MAY TO THE LAST SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER.
THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE HOUSE AND USE IS NOT ALLOWED BY OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THOSE STAYING IN THE HOUSE.
The proximity to the center of the town of Calci (only 200 meters) makes the holiday convenient for those who want to reach all the main services on foot, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, drugs, etc.
IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST WE RENT ONLY FOR WEEKLY OR MULTIPLE WEEK PERIODS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FREE WI-FI
