Off the beaten track is this well maintained property, but it’s literally not walkable to anywhere convenient. The lobby is amazing, the staff are super helpful. The grounds are beautiful and even had Alpacas that we could pet. We had the river view suites which was stunning and the in-room jacuzzi was well used, as was the wood fireplace! Super comfortable bed and the toilet even had a separate bidet:). The food was ok but breakfast was plentiful. Given the local elections there was a ban on...

Stopped just 1 night on our way to Aguas Calientes, Was a delightful property, no hesitation recommending it. Bar and food was great, found the curtains didn’t guarantee privacy or block out the morning sun, also had a downstairs room, the noise of people above us started very early!

Nice room and the hotel is in a great location. Only complaint is that the shower was cold. Talked to reception and they had ran out of gas. They replaced the gas cylinder but it was still cold.

Cool & amazing design: bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful and comfortable with each room unique. Hosts of Ernesto, Monica and their staff of Angel & Jose were very welcoming, providing lots of hot water, friendly conversation & even breakfast an hour earlier to accommodate our travel plans. Location bit further out but worth it.

Great location and excellent service. You can actually breathe in the rooms and this helped greatly with the altitude.
Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were huge and super quiet.
Highly recommend to stay here.
Marco at breakfast in the restaurant had impeccable service and Manuel on the door was super helpful and friendly. Your motel is a stand out for service. We also stayed at the Novotel in Cusco, don’t bother. They should send their staff to you to get training. Excellent stay at the...

Great hotel in Cusco. The hotel looks brand new, with comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Service was superb. We stayed for two noghts and returned for another night after our Machu Picchu tour. I would highly recommend this hotel. Close enough to walk to the historic centre, and located in a quieter part of the city. That said, there are a few food options around. Would stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The climb takes a bit of getting used to when you first arrive and need to acclimatize to the altitude. But it’s a cheap taxi up and a quick walk down. Good breakfasts
