"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing.
