"It was very nice accommodation and perfect for our family. The breakfast was very nice and fresh and the family loved it. The host, Katarina gave us great guidance and information and we are very satisfied with our stay. We clearly recommend a stay with The Homeboat Company in Cagliari. "

"It was a delight to have an adults only hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful with all facilities being comfortable and spotlessly clean. While I had to share the pool with a couple of ducks looking on, it was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was that the Rooftop Restaurant with its magnificent views did not serve a full evening meal, however there were various restaurants/bistros etc within easy walking distance."

"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

However the rooms themselves are pretty dated and in need of renovation - unclean walls, damp smell, etc. Recommend they need a thorough touch up."
