"This property was beautiful and well run. Within 15 minutes by car to the city of Santanyí, it was close enough to the action while also being a quiet escape. Pool was gorgeous and the bartender made a delicious Mojito! 10/10 recommend and will stay again. "

"Sometimes the room would be cleaned, sometimes not, the food always tasted different, so if you liked something one day you might not the next, plus the two of us got a severe stomach bug, as well as at least two other guests. I blame the food preparation. I cannot remember not enjoying a holiday as much as this one. Pay a little bit extra and stay elsewhere, do yourself a favour."

Great location on the edge of town- away from the busy centre but a short stroll to the restaurants and gorgeous port. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen has all the basic appliances we needed. There was no dish detergent or laundry detergent, so we ended up hand washing dishes, and purchasing our own laundry detergent. Otherwise, everything we needed was provided. The air conditioning is located in the living room, but it cools the entire apartment plenty! We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the gorgeous scenery (do bring some bug spray). "Firstly the villa has stunning views. The size is fantastic for a family, and the pool is a great addition after a day at the beach. The biggest challenge for me was the property itself. It's tired. The bathrooms require regrouting and descaling at a minimum - they feel dirty and honestly, had an impact on the stay. The downstairs is suffering from damp, and requires some treatment and airing. The management team honestly couldn't do enough, including helping with cots, cleaning and even items...
