With a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea, the typical Majorcan Villa Ses Mires is situated near the Mondragó Nature Park and can accommodate 10 people. Distributed over 2 floors, the villa combines modern architecture with rustic style and provides you with 5 bedrooms (the bedrooms on the south side are air-conditioned), 5 bathrooms (all en suite), guest wc, 2 living rooms, Inside and outside dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.



The high-quality equipment of the country house includes Wi-Fi, fans, underfloor heating, high chairs and baby cots. The stand-out highlight is the picturesque outdoor area with trees and plants, several terraces, open and covered and equipped with garden furniture, a pool of 50-m² (which is checked daily by the gardener) and a barbecue. Here you can relax and unwind and enjoy the spectacular view of the surroundings.



The property is fenced and secured by an electronically operated gate.



In about 7 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful fishermen’s village Cala Figuera with restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping facilities and harbour. The next beach, Cala Santanyí is also 7 minutes away and the beautiful natural beaches in the nature park are about 15 minutes by car.
