"The hotel smells and the surrounding area is covered in car fumes from motorways next to the property "

"New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."
