Property was very well maintained and modern. Staff was excellent and our room was upgraded to a junior suite. We were on the fourth floor and did have some noise from the floor above.

Nice staff. Rooms a bit tired and tatty for the price I thought.

We had a problem in our room. The original room we were assigned to has an ant problem. We left a cookie by the table and by the next morning, ants were crawling in the table and all over the floor. The AC also blows up warm air aka only works as a heater. We asked to be moved to a different room the following day. It was a same but better room. The AC is working and no more ant problem. Other than that, the property is in a central location. Close to restaurants and shops. The downside is it could be noisy if your room is facing the street by the cathedral. The cathedral rings it bell every 30 mins and by the hour. The facilities are excellent. Great selection of buffet breakfast and good view on the rooftop bar.
