The hotel was over booked on arrival and staff were limited in their helpfulness. Avoid this place. Stay in Zamalek. Taxis and uber are cheap and you will avoid being stuck in a dirty unsafe part of town.

Unfortunately, this hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever visited in my life. Without exaggeration, everything in the hotel was bad, and the strangest thing was the elevator. You have to hold the door from the right and left with your hand so that it doesn't open. And in the end, they consider themselves hotel owners.
