"We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a delicious dinner on out first night and waking up to breakfast each morning was such a treat. Everything is home made and fresh! I also had a lovely massage which I would highly recommend. The pool area is relaxing and picturesque, while our gite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope we can come backa again soon, "

"Host friendly and helpful although she was away for the majority of our stay, so her daughter dealt with our enquiries. Both tried to be accommodating. Don't expect too much from this property, it isn't luxury. A lot more warmth could of been poured into this very rustic accommodation. The beds are very comfy but lack any comfort where bedding is concerned. Shower was warm and powerful, towels we paid for were old, scratchy and worn. I have owned a house in France for twenty years until I couldn't cope or afford the up keep. I understand the lovely way the french decorate and properties are more rustic than in England. However we were disappointed with the property. The area we are used to and is absolutely stunning, the restaurants, little villages etc are picturesque and the way of life is slower. The property is set in beautiful countryside and the pool was a welcome bonus. We didn't have the weather for it so wasn't used, but a dip when it's super hot would be lovely. Other reviews show the house is suitable for some so don't write it off. Just wanted this to be our personal take on the property as we found it. We do however wish the host all the best."
