"We stated this hotel to do the Five Boro Bike Ride. Location is perfect- right by the starting line. We also had a patio, which was perfect for storing our bikes. My only complaint was the towels. They were super cheap - really thin, and only two per room- kind of thing I would expect at a discount hotel, not an Indigo. Otherwise, the staff was great and very accommodating."

"Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier. "

"Nice breakfast, higher quality that usual croissants, pastries, hotel price was right, near lots of subway stops, downtown has a lot of history. The entrance for the mobility impaired is hard to find. There’s really no place to work. The work space in my room was useless and there’s no space with sofas, coffee tables, etc. It’s a design failure. Breakfast room had no charging areas for computers. "

"A main reason I selected this hotel was based on the listing cover photo showing the rooftop deck. When we checked in we were told that was only accessible to the guests who were staying in a special suite. Felt this was misleading advertising. That aside, the hotel was clean, room was large and staff were attentive. "
