"This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. "The Seda Lio was a dream to stay at. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and cocktails were delicious. The messages were affordable and I left feeling like a new, much more relaxed, person! Definitely work with the staff to choose the right island hopping package (your kayaks and snorkels are included in the price). We cannot wait to come and stay again!"

"Everything went seamlessly from start to finish! Noud, the owner, helped us arrange our tours, transportation, and even accommodated our rebooking due to the weather. Coordinating with him was effortless because he was always responsive and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of freshly prepared, made-to-order options every morning. The service from the entire staff was exceptional, especially Anna, who was amazing, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The entire property is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved every moment here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we visit El Nido. Noud and the entire team, thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. "The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from the beach with a roof-top bar that overlooks the bay. The staff was over-the-top accommodating, food was great and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. TV was modern with streaming, internet was reliable. The room was comfortable and clean. Downsides, coffee maker in the room didn't work (but in all fairness we forgot to mention it), bed wasn't super comfortable, rooftop bar wifi disconnects you hourly, and parking was scarce but they valet for you if necessary. Highly recommend and we'll be back."

"Superior service everywhere. Fabulous location. Well-designed resort atea and grounds. Room was reasonably spacious & plenty comfortable. Food was good but not exceptional; as such, prices of food & drinks were unreasonably high for what was offered. As example: my son ordered a burger for dinner; charge that was listed on check came out to almost USD$30(!!) as VAT and service charges are all automatically added Also: be aware generally of lots of extra charges. We had booked our travel through Expedia, which had labeled the room as for 3 people. When we arrived at resort, front desk said the booking was listed as for 2 people & then insisted that we pay an extra >$100 per night (a not-insignificant sum)"

"The bedside lamp doubles as a phone charger and has a switch so you don’t have to get up to turn it off. Small thing, but I loved it and slept better than I have in a long time. The sea view room faces Bacuit Bay. It’s close to the port, so it’s a sea view but not quite a beach view. The hotel can arrange motorbike rentals and island hopping tours, though there’s no breakfast included. All things considered, Z Garden was the most comfortable place we stayed during our entire El Nido trip."

"We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep."
