"Wonderful family-run hotel in Tremezzina. It is a beautiful property with good sized clean rooms, a nice pool and a view that cannot be beat. The included breakfast is very good, as is the evening dinner service they offer. But waht really makes it a great place is the family that runs the hotel."
"The perfect location right in the heart of Menaggio. Perfect area for families traveling with kids. Cute plaza area right out the steps of the hotel entrance with shops, gelato and restaurants. "
"Beautiful location nestled between Tremezzo and Lenno. Our balcony view was spectacular as was the service and food. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We felt it was a good value as contrasted with neighboring hotels."

"We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, good breakfast. They have dinner options at the hotel and there is also a restaurant close by - just be mindful of the closing times. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street (where there are restaurants and the ferry stop) to the hotel but the hotel can book a taxi for you. There is also a list of phone numbers they provide if you want to call one yourself. I would recommend a taxi if have luggage. Overall I 100% recommend this hotel. "
"What an amazing find! We loved our stay at this beautifully located hotel. The views were fantastic, the bathroom was huge: not your typically European bathroom (we had the suite), the service great and the breakfast wonderful. We loved the homemade items, the amazing honey and of course the service! I must say, this is a hotel that will require lots of walking up and down the steep hills. If you are not physically fit and want to walk to the waterfront, this may not be the place for you. We are in our early 60's but do exercise everyday, so, the walk was a bit challenging, but we were okay. The views and the overall experience was amazing."
"We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again!

"This is my favorite hotel in all of Bellagio. It’s affordable and amazing. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the best breakfast view ever. The rooms are perfect. Ours had a balcony and side view of lake Como. Perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine. Bus stops literally out in front of hotel for easy access to Como or to downtown Bellagio. It’s also an easy 15 minute safe walk to town. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s were we always stay when traveling to Bellagio. "
"So many positive things to say about this hotel. The staff were incredible. They were extremely helpful and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The grounds were beautiful and the view from our room spectacular. I would highly recommend to all my friends."
