"We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine."

Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. "We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bellavista in Menaggio, Lake Como, Italy. The location was fantastic to explore the local Italian villages, and the city of Menaggio was delightful! The Hotel staff was very helpful and informative. We had panoramic balcony views from our rooms, providing an excellent Lake Como view! The location was close to the Ferry terminal, providing easy access to Verena, Bellagio, and Como during our stay. We had a fantastic meal the last night at the hotel restaurant. Of particular note, we had a great experience with Christiana, a local server and waitress. She was most helpful and courteous to us during our stay. This hotel is highly recommended to others! "
