"Beautiful location nestled between Tremezzo and Lenno. Our balcony view was spectacular as was the service and food. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We felt it was a good value as contrasted with neighboring hotels."

"Great vibe, and great value! It is in front of the lake. I had an adventure before I arrive there as was late storms and no transport. But managed it. It is clean. Plenty of toilets and showers. The guy at the reception was really good even offered to pick me up when he had to finish his shift. Also he offered me a slice of his pizza as I could not find anywhere with my adventures. Defently recommend it."

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel in all aspects. The setting is beyond gorgeous. The service was top notch. The breakfast was expansive. The spa was state of the art and included in your stay. Don't miss this place!"
"We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again!

"The property is difficult to find and once you find it, you need to climb around 50 stairs to the front door which opens directly into the kitchen/lounge area. The property is very Spartan - it needs some rugs and definitely some coffee tables. There is not enough lounge room seating for the number of guests the property can host. Minimal number of pillows. We found the description of the property to be greatly embellished. It said the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but there were no tongs and and a couple of small saucepans and very small frying pan is not a fully equipped kitchen. The description said there were three sunlounges. These do not exist. We didn't swim in the pool because it is difficult to access and we were told there would be an additional charge. The barbecue hadn't been cleaned. There is no airconditioning and no ceiling fans so I wouldn't want to stay there in summer - we found it hot enough in September. The outdoor furniture is very cheap and one of the chairs was broken on our arrival and two more fell apart while we were there. There were several broken items - the fridge door, the electric kettle. We were pleased the agency was able to have those items fixed during our stay. One thing to note is that only one hair dryer is supplied and it can't be plugged into any of the plugs in any of the bathrooms. We had a nice stay but feel the apartment needs some TLC and better quality furnishings. "
