"The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point. The price per room is unbelievably low. Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night. Heating as well as the lights. No consideration was given to the ecological impact. "

"The Ramnee hotel was an excellent stay for us while we toured the highlands. The hotel has a ton of character and our room was excellent. There are a few things to walk to from the hotel, but a car is a benefit to go into town. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay."
