"The house was very clean and had everything you need plus more. The hosts leave extras in the house for your comfort, a big basket of extra bath towels, a big basket of beach towels for the beautiful pool, a jar of candy, a keurig with pods, I could go on and on. This house will have every thing you need. I contacted the hosts and they answered me within minutes. If I visit Gilbert again I will stay at this home again. "

"Family reunion. Enjoyed the property very much and would go back again! The location is close to groceries, coffee, church and even a nature preserve. Something for all ages at the house to do. Could spread out enough to have a little privacy as well. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed or wanted. "

The most impressive part, the steps for making yourself comfortable and the steps to do prior to leaving were a few sentences. This makes a huge difference, I have stayed in many rental properties and the majority have at least 2-3 pages of to-dos and do NOTs, it was refreshing to not take 15 minutes to figure out what I need to do when I'm just trying to have a relaxing time. 10 out of 10 would recommend "
