The hotel staff, from check in to housekeeping, were super friendly and warm - even though we struggled with our Spanish. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in La Seu D.Urgell. " We stayed from December 30th to January 2nd, and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the dinner on December 31st was excellent! The quality-to-price ratio was great, making it an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend! "

"Wonderful location in the mountains within easy walk to town. Very close and easy drive for a day trip to Andora. Beautiful pool and wonderful steam room to enjoy after a day out touring . Staff couldn’t have been nicer or accommodating . Breakfast was excellent."

"Situated on the main road, with easy street parking. The town is geared to outdoor sports. In the off season, it is quiet. Property is not new, but the room was well maintained. It had a pleasant view. Breakfast was in the adjoining hotel and was fine. Definitely recommend, if planning to stay in Sort. "

"Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. El cojín es muy plano por lo que no es muy comodo para dormir. La cena standard. El desayuno tenia pocas opciones saludables, muchos cereales y bolleria pero heché en falta más variedad de fruta y frutos secos. El staff genial."

"When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good. "
