"This place was awesome!!! It was so clean and beautiful, we booked a package and it was very affordable and we felt like we were in luxury paradise. The service was amazing! All the staff really care about their jobs and shout out to Emilio at the swim up bar!!!! Recommend the Jr.Suite on the 7th floor!"

"Great Time"

"Overall everything was great! The property was pretty amazing and entertainment was good too. We even got upgraded to a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms at check-in! This was our first trip with our baby, so all the extra room really helped. Sadly the beach was not swimmable. Another thing we didnt realize till we got there was that the room service was not included in the All inclusive, although it was offered at a discounted price. There also wasnt a stocked fridge with water bottles/drinks etc that we have experienced before in other all-inclusives. With the baby struggling with jetlag the first few days, room service included would have been nice to have. My husband would try to go alone to the restaurants downstairs but was refused a 'takeout food' option. They were more willing to offer a takeout box when they saw my child crying in person but not so much when my husband would try to get us food while I settled the baby in the room. We enjoyed our trip here but would probably not return with a baby/toddler given the lack of food and bottled water being available in-room."

"Pool and Adult bar Pool needs a lot of improvements. Broken Tile, Pool floating table falling apart. Quite a change from our last visit last year. We are coming back in November and hope things are improved at the pools. "

"The amenities would have gotten higher marks except that our favorite pool (Pool 40 next to Tazuna) was closed, along with pool 26, both closed for the entire month of May. The Fun Lab was also closed but we didn't have any teens with us so that didn't bother us, but I would have been disappointed had I planned on using that. On the plus side, we learned that we like Pool 17 and despite 2 of the pools being closed, Pool 17, the Main Pool and the SKy Pool were not overly crowded. The staff were very attentive and wonderful. Shout out to the amazing server extraordinaire: Roberto! He was fantastic. In general, staff would also have gotten higher marks if they had been trained on how to handle an extremely inebriated guest poolside. Instead, we watched a passed out guest on a lounge chair and on the ground wollow for hours as he dry heaved semi-consciously while staff figured out what to do. It was sad to watch his 3 children cry, his wife kick him trying to wake him up, and the general confusion about how to deal with it all by the staff. The wife refused medical help. It was a "buzz Kill" for us watching and I wish the staff could have removed him from the area much earlier. They did finally wheel him out. There should be staff proticol to deal with this sort of thing. We have been to this resort many times and never witnessed such an event. Overall, the food was excellent and the drinks were cold. Plus, the view can't be beat and rooms were quiet."
