"Clean room. Breakfast was over priced. 16/person for hardly any variety. 14$ for 2 coffees. Loud machines from maintenance working outside. (Had trouble sleeping)The fridge and AC units were extremely loud and annoying so we had to turn them off. Staff was very professional and nice."

Staff are all on board with you since you check in in all aspects in what you need. We very grateful with Mr . Angel. He best in Responsible for guest check-in, check-out, and guest services. And experience in the hospitality industry in essential !!! This is hospitality management is often preferred for a great Hotel . Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in property management systems are highly valued . And specifically Oversees all daily hotel operations . "We had a very nice vacation. Unfortunately the pool was very dirty and no filter running. We chose the property because of the pool. There we’re not enough items to clean up after prepping a meal. We used whatever we could find. Just easier to purchase paper plates"

"The stay was excellent from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Olga and John were wonderful hosts—very kind, responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.One of the things we appreciated the most was the quietness of the area. It made the stay feel very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to nearby attractions and essentials. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail really made a difference.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. "Very nice spot away from the busy towns. The only downside to it was that it didn’t really have a beach close by. It is right on the water but you can’t really hang out there. Mostly mud. That being said you only had to walk 15 minutes to one of the best beaches we visited on the trip. The only reason I gave the listing one four star was because it said there was kayaks and WiFi. Found out later there aren’t. Hopefully the owner will update that soon. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Rico. "

"The host and hostess were very helpful and provided us us with household items as we needed them. They always answered all of our questions and guided us as to where to get local cuisine and groceries. The house was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the location as it’s close to everything. The pool was enjoyable! I appreciated the fact that the entire house was fenced in because I traveled with my small dog. I can’t wait to go back!!"
