Hi Liz, Thanks for your feedback and will take it on board. When you checked out, the front door was left wide open, including screen door. Fortunately we live in a great community and although we were out all day, there were no opportunist around to take anything. Sorry our policy regarding check out didn't suit you. We are a busy property with mid-week stays a hit so unfortunately it is not always available as an option. However, wish you spoke to me in person. As it was fathers day too, this makes it logistically a little bit harder to cater for as we were booked. You could have helped yourself to ay of the supplies, the local bottles of wine are the only items that are an additional cost, which is stated on the fridge door. Some guests hardly touch any of the breakfast whilst others have stolen them and taken anything they could with them so as a host, it's hard to please everyone so a ample amount is supplied to try and keep all happy.
