"Great host and great stay! Adrian put a lot of thought into his property to ensure a relaxing and wonderful getaway. From having cart at the parking area to allow for easy transport of your bags and belongings to all of the heated blankets, games, items to start a fire in the pit and so many more, everything was set up and ready. All you really need to bring is food and drinks, a cooler and clothes. Adrian was quick to respond to any questions and even reached out on our departure day to let us know we could stay past check out since no one else was coming that day. We definitely want to come back in the spring! The lake was beginning to drain for the year while we were there, but GSNP is not far and so we spent the day hiking and coming back to the cozy and well lit “tent” to have a drink by the fire was perfect."

"We did choose a smoking room so we went in knowing that there was going to be a little damage and smell, however we didn't expect a broken dresser drawer, a dirty tissue in the top drawer of the nightstand and a used cup lid and straw in the bottom drawer of the nightstand. One of the beds had astains on the sheets, and the next morning I tried to use the coffee pot that didn't work it literally spit and spewed boiling hot water out the top and all over the sink. And for anyone wondering the breakfast options are tiny cups for apple or orange juice, coffee, 2 choices of cereal and packets of oatmeal and a jar of milk in the fridge, we definitely didn't eat our breakfast there."

"bsolutely Perfect Stay!This beautiful cabin in Dandridge was exactly what we needed! The host, Hugh, provided excellent communication from start to finish. The cabin was exceptionally clean, and the location could not be better—peaceful and tucked away from the crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive to all the main attractions and action. It is absolutely perfect for a 2-person getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. I loved that it was secluded and quiet, not to mention the views. Communication with the host was great. Responding quickly with all questions. I will definitely be visiting again."
