"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Hakata station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children.
The street in front is not busy, and there's plenty of space to park temporarily, half way onto the front of the property to unload/load.
We stayed in room 102, in the DX Triple Room. In the only first floor room, I heard people coming out of the elevator, people checking in/out occasionally, but never heard any noise from above, though I'm unsure if there were any guests on the second floor. Hardly heard...
