Por exemplo, solicitamos a arrumação de nosso quarto pela manhã e ao retornarmos, estava tudo do mesmo jeito, ou seja, nem o lixo do banheiro foi tirado. Minha esposa teve que levar o lixo duas vezes na lixeira. Pagamos quase 3 vezes a mais pelo valor da data escolhida e o serviço prestado não corresponde ao valor pago."

"Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing. But the best part was the staff: Leo, Denis, and Sabrina were always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly hope to come back soon."
