The house is located in a luxury gated community of only 14 units, facing Praia do Forno, 4 min walk to the beach. Bairro do Forno is between Brava beach and Ferradura. Just 1.5km from the center and famous street of stones and other main beaches of BUZIOS such as Ferradura, Brava, Joao Fernandes, Amor.
