Solid 4 stars hotel with a great beach club which makes all the difference. The property is well maintained with very friendly staff. Probably your best option in Buzios.

Everything was great except the shower. It changes temperature every 10 seconds making it almost impossible to have a nice shower. The beach club is really good!

Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location.

The hotel is located in a nice area with wonderful views of the ocean. The landscape and common spaces are nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was great with good coffee and large selection of food. The beach section is kind of small and people from the beach club next door would move the chairs to our side blocking all the view. The beach chairs and umbrellas were packed too closed together.The main downdside for me was the quality and cleanliness of the room wasn't all that great. The rooms are very small and it wasn't througly cleaned when we arrived. On top of that, we had issues with our toilet on the first night which left the restroom unusable until the next morning when they sent someone to repair however problem persisted during our entire stay which was really annoying but they didn't seem very concerned of the inconvenience this caused us.

Excelente hotel, com charme na recepção, café da manhã primoroso, piscina aquecida e bom atendimento; com quarto à altura. O único problema é o beach club, ou seja, acesso à praia, posto que não é exclusivo aos hóspedes. O day use é vendido a R$100,00 para não hóspedes, o que faz com que o lugar fique impossível de permanecer, posto que lotado.

Experiência muito boa

O hotel é muito agradável, a vista do quarto é perfeita, apenas uma ressalva para os travesseiros que são vários do mesmo tamanho. O cafe da manhã é muito bom. A respeito da area de lazer, a piscina é climatizada, NÃO é aquecida, ou seja, a piscina estava fria. No hotel há vaga de estacionamento, é um diferencial muito importante, pois as ruas sao estreitas e dificil de conseguir vagas. Outro diferencial do hotel é o beach club, com a piscina maravilhosa (não é aquecida) e a jacuzzi (climatizada). No beach club tem acesso a praia, os atendentes sao muito prestativos e atenciosos. Fica perto da rua das pedras e da orla berlot, uns 10 min de carro. A experiência é demais!

Hotel maravilhoso e muito confortável! Fui com o meu marido e meu filho de 10 meses. Eles colocaram um berço no quarto e ainda tinha uma banheirinha pra ajudar no banho do meu filho. O café da manhã é uma delicia e a proximidade com o beach club é ótima! Somente uma atenção que o hotel tem bastante escada. Eles até tem um elevador, mas, mesmo assim, tem bastante escada pra subir. Com certeza eu voltaria! É um dos melhores hotéis que ja fui em búzios.

Hotel muy confortable con muy buenos servicios

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones fue excelente durante toda la estadia, el desayuno muy bueno y el servicio del club de playa tambien excelente. El hotel tiene habitaciones en distintos niveles a tener en cuenta que si bien cuenta con ascensor no accede a todos los pisos y hay que subir largos tramos de escalera. El único detalle es que anticipadamente solicite que la habitación fuera lo más baja posible y me dieron una de las mas alta.
