House w / 4 suites with air conditioner, lcd tv, parabolic, closet, another room with air, which is small (4sqm) and faces the outside area at the back of the house. Toilet, large living room, American kitchen with built-in cabinets, refrigerator bíplex, microwave and etc. 400 thread count linens and face towels are provided. House well ventilated, surrounded by very green. Pool with stingray and deck overlooking the sea, sauna also with sea view and all private barbecue of the house. Garage for 4/5 cars, sea view from the bedrooms and living room. The house is in a gated community, in a very quiet cul-de-sac, neighbor only on one side because on the other has a green area of ​​approximately 800 m². Tennis court with synthetic grass. Semana Maravilhosa!!!

A semana foi como o esperado, sol todos os dias, pertinho da praia. A casa maravilhosa conforme anunciado, piscina excelente. Nos divertimos muito, foi uma feliz e linda semana. A recepção da Claudete que entregou as chaves e ficou à disposição para qualquer informação está de parabéns.

Casa maravilhosa!

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos na casa. Vale muito a pena, casa em perfeito estado, caseiro sempre disponível, assim como o proprietário. Localização também muito boa. Como dica, poderiam investir em ar condicionados mais potentes e modernos nos quartos e colchões mais macios nas camas, mas seria a "cereja no bolo". Obrigado.

Muito boa, vale a pena!

A casa é maravilhosa e bem localizada. Fomos muito bem atendidos o tempo todo que estivemos lá. A piscina estava sempre limpa e bem cuidada. Como ponto de atenção, acho que vale dar uma renovada na parte elétrica, tomadas e ventiladores de teto, e se preocupar com uma dedetização para formigas, que tinham muitas na área da cozinha. Mas realmente são detalhes, foi tudo excelente. Inclusive tentei alugar para janeiro novamente mas já estava ocupada.

Muito bom com algumas ressalvas!

A casa é excelente, bons quartos, sala bem confortável e cozinha bem equipada. A geladeira nao estava funcionando bem!!!! Apesar de nova não estava gelando o suficiente e o freezer não congelava. Nos gerou insatisfação pois a bebida nao gelava. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos nao estava funcionando, só foi consertado no dia seguinte do nosso check in. A parte externa da casa(jardim) nao estava muito limpa e com grama alta necessitando de mais cuidados. Piscina bem limpa e sauna funcionando bem. O 5°quarto nao pode ser utilizado..realmente muito pequeno! Apesar de algumas pontuações gostamos bastante da nossa estadia!! Voltariamos de novo! A Luciana q nos auxiliou foi muito gentil e cozinhou muito bem!

Boa casa para grupo.

Passamos um final de semana bacana na casa, que é bem arejada e agradável, porém fomos em 5 casais, considerando o 5• quarto pq não somos frescos, mas chegando lá vimos que realmente ele é minúsculo e não pode ser considerado porque se trata de um quartinho de empregada que fica na área de serviço que já é pequena, sem conforto algum pra um casal. Então só queria registrar essa informação para quem for alugar considerar somente total de 4 suítes que são ótimas e não total de 4 suítes +1 quarto.

Excelente casa!!! A casa satisfez todas as nossas expectativas. Acomodou todas as famílias em quartos separados, com requinte de quartos de hotel. A área de laser (piscina e churrasqueira) nos trouxe muitas alegrias e diversões em família, sem falar da vista que o deck da piscina nos proporcionou: uma natureza impecável de Búzios. A D. Alzira (faxineira e cozinheira) nos trouxe muita tranquilidade e confiança. A mão dela para a cozinha foi maravilhosa, principalmente no preparos dos petiscos de camarão e lula!!! A atenção do zelador do condomínio (Celso) muito importante, sempre esteve presente nas necessidades da casa e nas indicações de passeios. O proprietário Diego sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Obrigado a todos por nos proporcionar tal acomodação. Recomendo a todos!

Excelente casa! Passei meu aniversário com amigos e familiares. Ótimo atendimento dos proprietários! A casa é linda, arejada, bem decorada e bem localizada. Vi as datas das fotos no site que são de 2013, e já fui preparada para que estivesse algo quebrado ou faltando, mas não! A casa não deixa a desejar em nada, totalmente fiel às fotos, aliás, pessoalmente é muito melhor! Muito bem conservada e limpa. Antes de fechar o contrato da casa vi todas as avaliações e em algumas pediam ventilador para sala, e o pedido já foi atendido, além do ventilador de teto tem mais dois ótimos e novinhos ventiladores! Ótimo atendimento do rapaz do condomínio como da senhora da limpeza! Esperamos voltar em breve.

Ótimos Momentos

Passei o Carnaval de 2016 junto com minha família nesta excelente casa. A casa possui ambientes integrados, com sala ampla e cozinha equipada. Os quartos são espaçosos e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente nos quartos. O quarto anexo não foi utilizado, por opção, uma vez que todos foram acomodados nos demais quartos. Destaco a bela vista, a piscina limpa todos os dias, a segurança do condomínio, a localização e o ótimo atendimento da Tiana. Sempre prestativa, atenciosa e ótima cozinheira. A negociação com o proprietário ocorreu de forma transparente, cordial e rápida. Sugiro apenas verificar a possibilidade de por um ventilador de teto na sala ou deixar um ventilador de pé na casa. Tivemos algumas noites quentes e sentimos falta do mesmo na sala. Eu e minha família voltaremos com certeza. Até a próxima.

Excelente casa, tudo organizado e muito bom gosto.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a hospedagem, casa muito bonita, Limpa, todos os funcionários que nos atenderam sempre se mostraram muito solícitos. A única observação que faço é para contarem apenas com as 4 suítes que são muito amplas e confortáveis. O quinto quarto mesmo tendo ar condicionado é muito pequeno e desconfortável. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado minha hospedagem.

Maraviloso!!!!!

Tudo maraviloso, a Casa é Linda por fotos, mas quando colocamos os pés dentro...nooooossa tudo era mas lindo ainda. Desde o enorme espaço que a casa oferece até a decoração tudo naquela casa faz as pessoas relaxarem. Queria agradecer também ao rapaz que trabalha lá o Carlos, muito atencioso em tudo nota 10. E não deixem de fazer pelo menos um, um almoço ou um jantar com a dona que cozinha...acreditem ela é 10 fez um jantar maravilhoso e meu marido não parou de falar até agora...rsrsrs voltamos para Inglaterra mas já estamos morrendo de saudades e com certeza iremos voltar...obrigada pela estádia...Karol e Ronnie Smith.

Una casa ideal para descansar, grande, cómoda, bella y con mucha seguridad; la atención del cuidador fue muy buena... tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una buenas vacaciones!!
