Structured condominium offering a safe and family atmosphere: there are 02 swimming pools (adult and children), tennis court, pool, ping-pong and geek, playground, sauna, barbecue and restaurant service (kitchen that provides excellent homemade food and snacks). Internet and parking with 24 hour doorman.
Great location 01 block from the beach of Manguinhos. This is the most peaceful beach in Búzios. Calm, warm water is practically a natural pool. Very coveted by people who want tranquility and exclusivity. Famous among sailors, as it has an excellent wind condition and few waves. Several kitesurfing and windsurfing championships take place on site; and also close to Porto da Barra, where you can find great bars and restaurants.
