The house is entirely renovated, located in the Manguinhos beach. New, modern, beautiful and cozy, it is located in a gated community, called Hook Creek with pool, barbecue and sauna. Spacious and comfortable, it is the perfect place to spend time and relax, whether in the hot tub on the beach or pool. It is right next to the Porto da Barra, gastronomic area of ​​cowries, with amazing restaurants. The area is perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable with convenient kitchen appliances and nice amenities. Everything was as described and conveniently located for dinning, shopping, beach, etc. Nice hosts, too.

O imóvel é super bem localizado, a casa estava muito limpa e organizada. A cozinha tinha todos os equipamentos novos! O condomínio é um charme a parte!!!!! O anfitrião nos atendeu prontamente e a funcionária Nana foi ótima no processo de check in e check out! Espero retornar em breve!

Excelente Casa!

A casa é ótima! Decoração de muito bom gosto, quartos ótimos, aparelhos de ar-condicionado e utensílios domésticos funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é perfeita. Condomínio pequeno, com ótima piscina e sauna, churrasqueira, vizinhos tranquilos. Farto comércio à distância de curta caminhada. O Porto da Barra é ao lado, menos de 20 metros pela praia, com as melhores opções de bares e restaurantes. Sequer usamos o carro durante nossa estadia. As diaristas sugeridas pelo anfitrião são muito simpáticas e ele sempre nos atendeu por mensagem com muita presteza, nos passando todas as informações necessárias. Recomendo muito!

Uma estadia agradável, mas com alguns defeitos

Segundo o anúncio, a casa teria três suítes. Mas uma delas estava fechada devido a um problema de mal cheiro. O pátio da parte traseira da casa também era inutilizável devido ao ruído provocados pelo exaustor do restaurante ao lado. Exceto por esses dois defeitos, a casa é ótima. Decoração de bom gosto, internet de alta velocidade, utensílios domésticos novos, etc.

Casa com localização incrível em charmoso e pequeno condomínio junto à praia. Ficamos 10 dias e não precisamos tirar carro da garagem. Limpeza do imóvel e qualidade da roupa de cama impecáveis! Pedro também esteve sempre receptivo em resolver qualquer demanda Único ponto fraco e que pode (e deve) ser melhorado é com relação aos utensílios de cozinha. Pois quem fica por um certo tempo e tem hábito de cozinhar sente falta de equipamentos básicos como tesoura, fôrma de bolo, batedeira, panela de pressão, luva, pegador de gelo/salada/massa, taça de vinho... enfim, com certeza voltaremos e tenho certeza que o Pedro dará atenção a esses detalhes.
