Brand new, King bed, new furniture, full kitchen with full sized fridge, living room, dining table, fireplace, large balcony with ourdoor table and chairs.. Very quite and safe. Right on a golf course and walking distance (6 min walk) to grocery store and restaurants. I read other reviews of no phone or front desk staff, but there was a phone and 24 hour friendly front desk staff. Only about a 8 min drive to Talking Stick. I will be staying here again. "
