"I have stayed at budget hotels before so was not expecting luxury. But I dont expect food wrappers and broken food on the floor stuffed under the bed. Mould in the shower, slimy marks on the shower wall, the shower head falling out of the wall. Safety is a major issue, the fire escape door is left wide open 24/7. You need a key card to get into the front door but anyone can get in the back. We were only staying while my daughter had the Central West Football Championships, but ended up leaving a getting another motel after one sleep. I spoke with the manager and explained the issues. I have taken photos. I have requested a partial refund since we spent $440 on this motel. I was advised to email them which I have done but have had no response so no help from staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL"
