"I really liked this hotel. It has the faded glamour of a Victorian Manor House. It needs updating as it is a bit tatty in places. However, the staff were lovely, it's very convenient for Pitlochry and the restaurant was excellent and good value. They have a pool but we didn't try it"

"This is the second time myself and my daughter have stayed here. Greig is a wonderful host, so knowledgable of the area, so kind. Breakfast is amazing. So fresh, and tasty. The place is beautiful and well looked after with lots of nice touches. We love it and will definitely return again."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was only for one night, but the room and space was so lovely I wish we could have stayed for a week. There was a massive tub with bubble bath (highland soap company, if I’m not mistaken) that was just perfect after a long day of hiking. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, and it did not disappoint. If we are ever back in Pitlochry, I will not hesitate to book here again."

"It's a great old grand hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, and comfortable lounge spaces. They just need to fix the wi-fi! It was terribly slow, the signal is weak, and I couldn't get the work done I needed to do. The phone signal in Pitlochry is sketchy at best, and with the thick stone walls I couldn't use data, so, for the price I paid I felt frustrated by the inability to make a simple video call."
