Tranquil Waters is a new built home, located 100m from the shores of Geographe Bay, is this large, newly built property on a large corner block., very close to Busselton Hospital.
The property has 4 larger than double size rooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and 3 toilets; with a designer open plan kitchen looking over the large dining and family area.
The house has a separate lounge/theatre room with a large flat screen TV, as well as a study/play/reading room.
Fully ducted heating and cooling, and opening onto a paved undercover outdoor space, give this property a comfortable but grand feel.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Great location but the house needs TLC. New pots and pans, pillows and mattresses, and a deep clean. Loved walking on the beach less than 100 meters away and a big house.
Great location. Plenty of room in house. Some chests of drawers in all bedrooms would be good as there is limited storage for clothes. Well-equipped large kitchen and living area. Handbook for oven maybe be of help. Took a while to get it to work. Inside of house was very clean. Outside gardens were a bit arid and sparse. Good size garage. Had a good stay.

Fantastic location
Huge property little unloved, tired furnishings, gardens unkept. Needs a good clean and a working washing machine and an ironing board. Not even a bottle opener supplied. Configuration should be as advertised.
Location was awesome.
Great location. House newish and enormous with fences, and secure parking. Cheap furnishings and kitchenware. AC is noisy. No clothes dryer and only airer rack provided. Bedding mismatched and pillows a disgrace. No WiFi provided. Board and card games provided not complete. No inside broom. More blankets and clothes storage (shelves/coathangers) needed.
Disappointed with the second hand furnishings, mismatched and incomplete kitchen and bbq ware.
Toilet brush holders rusted. Checking in, keys, departure all very good. No garden for the kids or outside clothesline.
The house is recent construction and is large and roomy, 2 living areas, 2 TVs. 4 bedrooms, master with spacious ensuite. You can tell that the house has never been occupied by a family as it has minimum low standard furniture and fittings. However everything worked ok.
The agents's communication was good. however I had REAL CONCERN with the check in process using Superhog. You are required to submit personal ID data including pictures of yourself to an OVERSEAS COMPANY you've probably never heard of. This company retains your data for 7 years. If they have a data breach criminals would have enough information to steal your identity. Plus they charge you $6 for the privilege!! Way over the top for a few days rental.
The property was in a great location near the beach. The house was clean enough. Unfortunately I couldn't let my dog free outside due to the fence being too high off the ground.
Easy access to our event and bedding arrangement suited our party. A h7ghe house with everything as described. Thank you

Lack of basics in kitchen was disappointing
No wifi wasn’t helpful to be able to zoom meetings,but we managed in the end.
A clothesline would have been nice

Lots of space, but needs some TLC
We hired this venue for a women's sports team (5 ppl). Plenty of space, but not a welcoming atmosphere. Furniture is sparse, old, mismatched and generally dirty. Yard is full of dead grass & weeds. Pillows are lumpy & putrid. Curtains faded, one curtain rail fell on one of our team. Lighting harsh & cold - no shades. Floor needs a good mop.
We has three nights staying at this well located house with only a 200 meter walk to the water. The house was very comfortable for our four adults a two young children and could have accommodated another three. Two separate lounge /TV areas was great. Pet friendly (which we appreciated) but not safe for small dogs who could easily get under the fence. Having air conditioning was fantastic for those hot post Christmas days. Hope to stay at Tranquil Waters again.
