This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed with families in mind:

Master bedroom with King bed and private ensuite

Bedroom 4 with a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) – ideal for kids

The family bathroom includes a combined shower and bath, making it practical for younger guests.

There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a small games nook with foosball table, and an extra living/play area for the kids.

Outdoors, enjoy a large green backyard with space for the kids to run and play, a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ, and convenient side gate access.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious home with a fully enclosed back yard with plenty of room for our son and dog to run around. Loved the walking path just down the road leading to parks for our little advetures. Property was clean and tidy. Thank you.
