The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including :

Family vacay
The villa worked well for our young family. It was a great size and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location of the villa was in a nice spot set amongst the bushland. Kids loved walking over the nearby foot bridge. Even though we were close to Caves Rd it sure didn’t feel like it. Being on caves road worked well for us as the villa was situated between yallingup and Dunsborough making it an easy drive to most attractions. There was also a foot path to Dunsborough town. We didn’t walk the footpath as it was too far for our small kids. We knew this when booking though. Overall we had a great stay and would strongly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Everything you need for a getaway in Dunsborough
Well appointed unit with everything you need for a getaway in the South West. Ample kitchen utensils and appliances. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was perfect. Will stay again in the future.

3 day break in a beautiful setting
3 of us aged late 60’s were very comfortable in the cabin. There was plenty of room throughout the place including the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a nice 15 minute walk into the town centre and a 5 minute drive to the Ngigli caves which were fascinating. Also nearby was the Caves Place hotel which was very good if only to look at their expansive gardens and good eating areas. Would recommend this stay to anyone as it seems to suit all age groups.

Comfortable holiday villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa just outside Dunsborough. Check in process was easy and we were very appreciative the ample air-conditioning during the recent heat wave. The only thing was that the villa was not quite as clean as we expected from reading previous reviews (perhaps it was a substitute cleaner?).

The complete package for a perfect stay in Dunsborough
Excellently equipped, with everything you need for a short or long stay. We especially appreciated the super quality and range of the kitchen equipment, as well as how clean it was. Decent-sized all-stainless steel cookware, good knives, a full complement of other cooking equipment, etc., and all was sparkling clean. The house has ample windows and gets good airflow throughout, and everything is perfectly maintained, in top working order. The reverse-cycle aircons worked perfectly, though we found we didn't need them for our days there. We enjoyed the deck for eating out in the fresh air, and found the lounge comfortable, and roomy. Lovely homey touches, like the nice floor rugs. The location was excellent for walking on the bush track right from the property into town - lovely to just walk in for a bite to eat or to shop. Beds are comfortable - on the firmer side - with plenty of pillows and beddings options provided. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, this might not be the place for you: Caves Rd traffic is fairly constant, and can be heard from the house if windows are open. But with windows closed we found it quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and appreciated the very high level of maintenance of the property, the amenities it offered and the cleanliness.

A nice little place, but attention to cleaning needed.
Stayed for two nights with visitors from overseas, but were a little disappointed and embarassed with the standard of cleaning. Glass entrance and front room doors were very smeary, giving a poor impression on arrival. Basins and mirrors appeared to have had a ‘wipe over’, and we found other people’s nail clippings in the wash basin, and tiled splashback in kitchen was greasy. The little house is small, but has all amenities needed for a short stay. We slept well in nice beds, and comfortable air conditioning, and enjoyed the bush location very much. The shower was lovely with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The only other thing we noted was that it was quite difficult to find the entrance to the village at night, and possibly a light or sign on the road would have been useful. Other than the cleaning issue, we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable property.

Lovely spacious villa in a great kication
The villa is lovely and light and spacious and really well designed with space for suitcases etc. we had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife and enjoying the birds. There was some road noise but nothing to spoil the experience. We walked into town - take a torch though as the oath isn't lit . No hesitation in recommending it - the development itself is also well designed and you aren't overlooked and can't see any if the other villas either.

Excellent accommodation in good location, only few minutes from town. Easy check-in, quiet, fully equipped and clean. Great stay and would definitely return. 😊
