"From the moment we booked the stay Emilio was quick to respond. When we arrived we performed a walk through, asked questions that were responded to swiftly. There was a remote missing the TV was replaced, the microwave glitched and it was replaced. I actually started it was no hurry yet Emilio was there promptly the next day resolving any needs. The day we were to leave there was a power outage at the airport which delayed our departure. We were not even sure we would fly out yet Emilio offered to allow us to return if the flight was delayed overnight. The stay was AWESOME and I recommend everyone visiting Costa Rica to stay here. "

"There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. If I had to find anything to pass a judgment it was reserving the grill. We wanted to use the grill at 530 and was told we could not because it was reserved for 830. Room was very clean, dishes, soap, even laundry detergent was provided. They offer a service to stock with food prior to arrival. This will be my new home whenever I am staying in San Jose."

"Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. If you like Italian try Lo Spago. Santa Ana, Costa Rica was great and I would definetly book again with this host. Thanks, till next time :)"
