"From the moment we booked the stay Emilio was quick to respond. When we arrived we performed a walk through, asked questions that were responded to swiftly. There was a remote missing the TV was replaced, the microwave glitched and it was replaced. I actually started it was no hurry yet Emilio was there promptly the next day resolving any needs. The day we were to leave there was a power outage at the airport which delayed our departure. We were not even sure we would fly out yet Emilio offered to allow us to return if the flight was delayed overnight. The stay was AWESOME and I recommend everyone visiting Costa Rica to stay here. "

"Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. If you like Italian try Lo Spago. Santa Ana, Costa Rica was great and I would definetly book again with this host. Thanks, till next time :)"
