"スタッフは丁寧で、英語でも簡単な言葉であれば通じたのでよかったです。客室は概ね清潔でした。欠点としてはトイレでトイレットペーパーを流せないこと、シャワーヘッドの固定が緩いことでした。また、深夜5時頃の寝てる最中にホテル内の警報音で起こされたのが残念でした。警報は10分以上続いたように感じます。"

"Everything was just perfect at the Grand Josun Haeundae. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the amenities are the top of the top! My wife and I stayed here a few years ago as newlyweds and this time around we brought our 11 month old baby with us. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and safe, made sure our baby needs were met, and was just overall a delight to deal with. We will be coming back again soon!"

"The hotel was very clean. It did not serve any kind of breakfast. It was advertised as being located right on the beach. We could not even see the beach from our 6th floor room on the side facing the ocean. It was actually a couple of blocks away. We chose this location for our visit to be ON the beach as it was advertised. That was disappointing. However, it was close to shopping, food, and walkable distance to the beach. There was a list of rules in the room that would result in added fees if not complied with, which included making sure any used dishes were done and put away. The location of the TV blocked the door to the sliding door to the balcony where the desk and chair were located. There was a large sign asking NOT to move the furniture. The blocked balcony had a window that also served as the egress in case of emergency, which is a major safety concern due to being blocked. A smaller and mounted TV would solve this issue. Nice hotel, but not an accurate description of its location. The use of the pool required an additional fee, it is not owned by the hotel."
