It's a brand new building, in fact we were the first to use the apartment we stayed in which included high quality finishes and great facilities (pool/gym/spa/sauna) and secure underground parking. I booked because of price but then read some less than great reviews and became concerned. Upon arrival there was some construction taking place affecting the entrance. I was pleasantly surprised however when we parked right at the front door, was greeted by pleasant and helpful staff. The room was clean and un expectantly noticed facilities for four with plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. The pool was great and they provided extra towels.
