"No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed."

"We enjoyed our comfortable, clean, and quiet room in this beautiful hotel. The location is great for walking around downtown, and the view from the restaurant is wonderful, as was the breakfast!"

"Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this one is much quieter than a few others. "

"The breakfast was sub par. Coffee was make your own from a pod, only 4 ounce cups. Pancake machine was not working. Cold boiled eggs, bagels and toast, some cereal Room was fairly clean but halls and stairs were horrible and were not swept any at all the 4 days we were there."

"Going in the Winter was nice, the property is beautifully set up with Lake Michigan sitting behind. The concierge, the Front Desk to even the other staff working there were very respectful, nice and always made sure to go one step above! My family especially loved the Tea and Cookies moment they offer, followed by the breakfast was amazing with their wide variety to choose from inside their Breakfast spot they have inside the Inn! We will for sure be back!"
